Halo Water Proofing is a TN-licensed Basement Waterproofing company that treats every Telford job like it's the only one on the schedule.
We don't run a bidding war between crews. The Telford technician who inspects your property is the same one who does the repair, start to finish.
Our Telford crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Telford technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Telford calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Telford basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
A crack that wasn't there last year is worth a look before it becomes an active leak point.
Efflorescence is a reliable early sign that water is moving through your Telford foundation wall right now.
A Telford sump pump that never rests is usually undersized or nearing the end of its life.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Peeling paint near the floor upstairs is one of the last signs Telford homeowners connect to a basement problem.
Whatever's going on with your Telford property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
Storm season keeps our Telford emergency line busy — active flooding always jumps ahead of routine inspections in the queue.
Get Emergency Help →We seal active Telford foundation cracks with hydraulic cement injection — stopping the leak at its source instead of patching the surface.
Ask About Crack Repair →A failed sump pump is the top reason for emergency calls across Telford after heavy rain — we install pumps sized to your actual water volume, plus battery backup for power outages.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →A damp Telford crawl space drives up humidity throughout the house — we seal it completely with heavy-duty vapor barrier and add dehumidification where needed.

Request a Commercial Quote →No pressure, no scripts — just what actually happens once you call +1-866-476-1348.
A real technician asks the right questions to understand what's likely happening at your Telford property before anyone drives out.
No jargon, no pressure — just a clear look at what's actually going on.
No verbal number that quietly grows once the truck pulls up — the written quote is the final word.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Telford horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
There's no verbal quote that grows once the crew shows up — the written estimate is final.
Our crews stage locally near Telford, which is why most emergency calls get a technician on-site in under two hours.
Warranty terms are explained in plain language before you sign, with no fine-print surprises later.
If your Telford basement just needs a small crack seal instead of a full system, that's exactly what we'll tell you.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Telford job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Called during a storm and had a tech at my door within two hours. Explained everything before touching anything — basement's been dry since."
"Got three quotes for a crack repair. This was the only company that actually explained why the crack was happening instead of just naming a price."
"Crawl space smelled bad for years. After encapsulation, the smell upstairs is completely gone."
"Handled waterproofing for our parking structure with minimal disruption to tenants and stuck to the schedule."
"French drain install took two days exactly as quoted, and the yard looked better than before."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Telford technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
